Religion

I was inspired by a video shown in one of the classes on children sharing their views on God and religion. I agree with some of the points the children made and have a similar view.

We are all humans, made of matter and possessing a soul. We are of the same matter (bones, flesh, blood etc). We all have a human structure. If we are the same, why the division of religion? In one way, it’s the humans themselves who have made this division of religions and they are still going on. In the video, one boy says, “I don’t want to belong to any religion”. One girl says, “I don’t know what religion is.” There are many different religions: Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Christianity, Sikhism etc. Sometimes I wonder whether religion is a human or divine intervention. Because in the name of religion some people fight with others and do all nonsense. Now the latest thing is Conversion. All want to increase the strength of their followers. Who is leading religion? Why are there sects in religion? Can’t all people adore one God? I still can’t understand. If there is one true God, why doesn’t he make all people one and merge all religions into one? Due to religion there were and are many disputes, riots etc. Why is it? Who has to be blamed? Maybe man or perhaps God. I don’t know. How can all be united by one religion?

Forget about religion. Earlier people at least had a religion. Now there are many who profess themselves as atheists and so on. Who is responsible for this? If it’s man’s free will, isn’t the God who is Almighty and all-powerful going to do something? I don’t know whether what I’m writing makes sense or no but this is what I feel.
