            True prayer cannot be willed it just arises spontaneously from within. Once relationship with god is taken seriously, one realizes that prater is not just an expression of inner life but also prevails on its own and it is to be performed in faith and fidelity. Thus, one needs to make an effort and practice praying.

            Modern man is in danger of losing his innermost centre which gives direction and purpose to his way of life. Man had made all other things his centre and forgotten the most important person ‘Jesus’ or ‘God’. When God is at the centre there is stability to the personality of the person.

            Prayer can come only from faith and is required to remain spiritually health what food is to the body, prayer, is to the soul. Prayer is a practice that is important where it nourishes our faith and also brings us in communion with God.

            Man is lost in his own world achieving all the temporary goals and has lost to attain the permanent goal that is ‘Jesus’.
