Few
days back I was reading a book and I came across a sentence which said ‘the
caterpillars that I missed to kill have been these butterflies.’ And this
sentence too me back a few days back where my companion commented on a
beautiful purple butterfly which just happen to pass by us. He said ‘See this
wonderful creature so beautiful but it will last for a few days’. When I heard
this from him my mind went a few days back where in school i had a discussion
with the kids on the topic of death. And yet again my mind took me a week back
where in class I had discussed about life. So my mind started to delve on these
topics of life and death which was in connection with the butterfly.
It
was so nice to see the beautiful purple butterfly pass by us. The beauty which the little butterfly added
to the nature was marvelous if not for the other but at least to me. This
phenomenon of observing a butterfly doesn’t happen much often to me but it was
that day I just happen to see it. Among all the beauty, freedom and majesty
this butterfly flattered its wings, showed life which radiated such joy that I felt
happy.
This
is how life is. Life spreads so much joy to others. When a child is born there’s
so much joy that all the sorrows are forgotten. The birth of child adds beauty
to the life of the other family members. Where there is life there is love.
Life and live both go hand in hand. A person who lives his life in love
communicates both his love and his life to the other. The best gift a person
can give another is ones time. Each one has his/her own time for oneself but
when one shares ones time with the other it also means one shares his/her time
with the other. Life builds relationships and love strengthens them. YOLO- You
Only Live Once. In life one gets many opportunities it all depends on the
person whether to grab it or no. opportunities involves risks. It’s not easy.
It’s better to have loved and lost than to have not loved at all. This sentence
is an example of taking risks. By taking risks one may make mistakes but
there’s also the learning experience which counts. Life only can give life to
another.
Sometimes,
in life we have been living in this world like living dead. What do I mean by
that? We all have life but we have lived as if life has been taken away from
us. We have been living like zombies, just living for the sake of living. Just
waiting for death to come and embrace us.
Um…
death. My companion brought me down to reality that the butterfly will die
after a few days. Death too is also a part of reality. We try to put away this
topic as we are scared of it. We forget everyone who comes as life in this
world ends up by death. Don't ask me about heaven of hell that’s what I'm not
talking of. So when one thinks of death one realizes the worth of life and the
people around him/her. We are all guests in this world we are not here for
eternity. Death helps us to live life to the full. It tells us we won’t be here
for long so don't forget to build up genuine relationships and enjoy loving
each other. One might say Oh! Death that will come once I'm old. Death is uncertain.
You never know when it comes with its arm wide open to embrace you. So till
than like the butterfly that is saw yesterday, radiate the beauty and joy to
others. And the one majestic God who has made us, thank Him for making us such
wonderful majestic beings.
